The path constantly runs through the forest, making it suitable for both summer heat and the harshest winter when elsewhere there is a rish of avalanches. As the name suggests, the peak of the mountain is completely bare and grassy. From there, there is an outstanding view of the northern wall of the Grintovci, the entire Jezersko Valley, Štegovnik, Storžič, the Karawanks, Triglav, southern Carinthia with Obir, all the way to Peca and Raduha. At the top stands a cross made of Jezersko larch. In the summer months, you can enjoy views and a well-deserved refreshment in the company of sheep of the indigenous Jezersko-Solčava sheep breed, which graze on the slopes of Goli vrh.
Trail: From the Planšar Lake (Planšarsko Jezero), walk along the theme trail to the parking lot in the Ravenska Kočna valley. From the parking lot, head left into the slopes of the western slope of Goli Vrh. After about an hour, you will reach the saddle and meadows of Jenkova Planina, where the path splits: To the right towards Baba, but you go left past the shepherd's cottage steeply upwards to the peak. Descent is via the same path, or you can use the path on the Austrian side (marked with Austrian waymarkers) to a forest road, which will lead you in a circle back to the shepherd's cottage and then back down the ascent path to the valley.
